Key Responsibilities :

Ü Execute MetCare service processes and continue to improve upon them

o Manage and improve persistency for MetCare and direct acquired policies

o Deliver on policy servicing standards for MetCare Policies

o Set-up performance management matrix for outsourced entities

o Ensure work is closely coordinated with other Ops deptt

o Establish and publish persistency rates for policies under Met Care

Ü Vendor Management

o Engage in close vendor management for the call out programme for persistency and reinstatement management

o Ensure data requirements are met on a timely basis.

o Publish regular MIS and Dashboards on performance of vendors

o Ensure support is provided to vendors for high value cases.

o Closely monitor high value cases across all channels to retain the clients

o Co Ordinate for payment processing of vendor bills post scrutinizing them for accuracy

Ü Customer Delight

o Evaluate various options to ease customer payments.

o Track, control and improve current collection mechanisms

o Set up priority reinstatement process for high value cases

.

Ü Control and monitor process and ensure compliance with MetLife norms

o Ensure maintenance and update of process manuals

o Document and control changes in existing processes

o Comply and satisfy all Audit Requirements and Comments

o Ensure minimum reconciliation items pending for GL reconciliation with Finance. Monitor and resolve all enquiries/requests within MetCare Services

o Standardize quality of response, both written and oral from MetCare Services

o Improve service delivery standards & measures

Measure of Success :

Ü Vendor Satisfaction

Ü Actual vs. planned persistency ratios

Ü Customer feedback

Ü Feedback from internal and external clients

Ü Adherence to SLA’s

Ü Adherence to compliance requirements and process benchmarks

Desired qualifications and experience :

Ü Should have a strong customer service/operations background

Ü Prior experience in a collections role is a must.

Ü Should be a Graduate

Ü Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar function with good Team Management skills

Ü Should be willing to travel extensively within the city and to other office locations in the regions

Knowledge and skills required :

· Analytical in approach

· Process oriented

· Good communication skills
